The room here was a good size and looked brand-new. It had a bunk bed and a spacious bathroom, which was a nice touch. The location of this place is in a great area, making it convenient for exploring around 🌟.

The manager was very rude and disrespectful; raised his voice at me and charged me extra for my three little children even though their policy clearly stated that children under 17 stay free. I felt so insulted. I had stayed at this same hotel last year, but the manager/owner at that time was quite friendly and courteous, this new young manager needs help. I will not be staying at this hotel again. The lady that runs the night shift however was very friendly and nice.

The room here was huge and the staff were so nice. the service was top-notch and the pool was spotless! 🏊‍♂️

Thank you for a really good stay. It's a hip new hotel with nice, spacious, and brand-new rooms. - the location is peaceful and convenient, just 2 miles from a local history museum. - A good area, close to trucks, Sulphur Springs, Texas, and restaurants.

All in all everything was wonderful, had a REALLY GREAT stay on 5600 mile road trip. Hotel's location was marvellous, in an out of place area. And we were close enough to restaurants and Sulphur Springs, Texas and trucks. The venue provided great prices.

The room was newly renovated and well-maintained with comfy beds and a fridge. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The location was peaceful and comfortable, in a good area.

Breakfast was decent. Front desk staff was friendly.

We had asked for a ground floor smoking room due to wheelchair person. They gave the ground floor unit to the people in front of us. Then they asked us if we would take a ground floor non smoking room after our reservations specifically stated ground floor smoking. Even though there was an elevator they changed everything right before we arrived. There was a bees nest on the corner of the roof and there was at least five that got into our room. I reported it and nothing was done. There were dead bugs in the bathroom. The main doors need to be activated for handicap access.

Impressive, reasonably spacious rooms provided with 2 TVs as well as coffee. Peaceful location in a good area, in the fairly nice area.

Tub stopped up very slow at draining. Light in room falling down. Bed and toilet not very clean.

Was clean other than ants.

Had a ant problem, they let us switch rooms, but both rooms had ants. Their excuse was it had rained, we were on the 3rd floor. Also under construction.

Not bad, but the shower curtain was too short to reach the edge of the tub. I had to remove some of the rings so it would sit low enough not to flood the bathroom.
